The Counseling Center provides mental health treatment and therapy for individuals and families living throughout the greater St. Louis area.

The Counseling Center is made up of a multidisciplinary group of mental health professionals. We provide services to children, adults, seniors, individuals, couples and families. We are located on the campus of Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur. There is valet parking at the door and the building is fully handicapped accessible.

Driving & Parking Directions:
The Counseling Center is located between Ladue Road and Conway Road on South New Ballas Road in Creve Coeur. Enter the campus from Ballas Road and park in either the Ballas Garage or the Conway Garage. These garages provide easy access into Tower A. We are located on the first floor of Tower A in the Doctor's Office Building.

    About Dr. Bumberry: Dr. Bumberry has been in practice for more than 25 years helping clients with a wide range of personal and relationship issues. His focus is on helping clients become more self aware, resolve conflicts and develop more rewarding relationships. As a Senior Certified Gottman Therapist Dr. Bumberry has a specialization in treating couples. This model emphasizes creating intimacy, resolving conflict and building a compelling vision of the future. Dr. Bumberry presents professional workshops on couples therapy and is an instructor at St. Louis University.
    Types of patients seen in this practice: Dr. Bumberry works with couples, families and individuals (children, adolescents and adults).     About Dr. Garcia-Ferrer: Dr. Garcia is a Licensed Psychiatrist and a Distinguished Fellow with the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Garcia is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Addiction Psychiatry, and also certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is currently Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
    Dr. Garcia has been in practice for more than 22 years helping patients with a broad range of psychiatric conditions. He has extensive experience with patients with Chemical Dependency, Dual Diagnosis, and Geriatric illness. Dr. Garcia developed the Dual Diagnosis Program at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in 1993. He has served on Advisory Boards, teaches and supervises St. Louis University residents, and has been a National Speaker on a number of psychiatric topics.
    Dr. Garcia also enjoys golf, tennis, traveling, and spending time with his family. Types of patients seen in this practice: Dr. Garcia sees Adult patients over the age of 18 and Senior patients. He meets the needs of his patients by employing inpatient services, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and office-based outpatient services as needed by his patients.

    About Brenda McCall, MA, LPC: Brenda has been in practice since 2009. She provides individual, couples, and group therapy. She has experience successfully treating depression, anxiety, ADD, and marital relationships. She holds a level 1 certification from the Gottman Institute for specialization in treating couples. Brenda uses a cognitive behavioral approach with her patients. She incorporates spiritual wholeness from a Christian perspective into her therapeutic approach. In her free time, Brenda enjoys singing and spending time with her family.

    About Dr. Till: Early in his career Dr. Till worked in several hospital-based chemical dependence and psychiatric facilities. He has been in full time private practice in the St. Louis area since 1986. Training included both cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches.
